Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Colne
Cone Medical Centre, Brightlingsea
Colne Medical Centre has an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our practice. This role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility on days and hours.
Colne Medical Centre is situated in the seaside resort of Brightlingsea, on the Essex Coast. They have a list size of just under 9,000 patients and a spacious practice. As well as 4 GP Partners and a salaried GP team, the Practice team includes a clinical team of 15 and an efficient and effective Reception and Administrative team of 29.
About You
You ideally must have a Masters degree in Clinical Practice and be a Registered General Nurse with experience of working within Primary Care and be able to demonstrate continued professional development and professionalism. You need to have a recognised qualification at degree level or above including a diagnostic and nurse prescribing qualification.
You must have experience of providing multi-skilled healthcare and clinical treatment and be able to work with patients and members of the public. You will have experience of working on clinical systems and be able to enter and use patient date efficiently, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to liaise and communicate with clinical and administrative staff within the Practice and Partnership.
