Kids Yoga for ages 7 - 11


Spaces are still available for our Kids Yoga course!


Once a week for four weeks, FREE course!


Yoga has been known to improve children’s concentration, teach them breathing exercises, help reduce stress and anxiety, increase body awareness, develop interpersonal skills and improve posture and balance.


Every Tuesday in November at the Tiptree United Reformed Church from 4pm till 5pm.
