Visit North East Essex Crisis Café

The North East Essex Crisis Café provides a safe, welcoming space where people experiencing emotional distress or mental health crisis can receive support outside of normal working hours.

The Café is open 7 days a week (excluding bank holidays) from 5pm to 10pm and is for anyone living in the Colchester or Tendering area that may need extra help with mental health issues outside regular support hours.

The Café can help individuals with:

• Wellbeing support

• Talking through issues

• Identifying triggers

• Supporting to stop a crisis happening again

• Building support networks
