We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual to join our Senior Leadership Team. Whether you are looking for that next step up or currently hold a similar position, we are looking to welcome someone onto our Executive as Head of Operations and Quality.
The role is broad, encompassing both operational responsibility for business-as-usual workstreams and accountability for your own strategic portfolio.
The Colte Partnership provides Primary Care to around 95,000 patients across North-East Essex from 9 GP Practices. While our dedicated Branch teams continue to deliver excellent clinical care to our patients, our Executive Team, focus on our longer-term ambitious vision of the Partnership and creating a sustainable Primary Care service long into the future.
You will be working alongside our Chief Executive Officer and Executive colleagues to develop innovative and well-planned solutions, changing our operational delivery model to ease workload in our Branches and develop resilience through centralised workstreams.
An experienced professional with both operational and strategic level expertise, you will be a collaborative and inclusive leader, who will work across your functions and beyond to increase the overall performance of the organisation. You will be a rigorous, clear thinker who acts with integrity, personally promotes equality, diversity and inclusion and who understands that our patients are at the heart of everything we do.
About you:
You must have a proven record of successfully managing people and teams, and experience of operational and logistical planning preferably with relevant experience within Primary Care. You will have experience of working within quality frameworks and of how to apply them across several sites.
It would be preferable for you to have an understanding of the challenges facing Primary Care.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate that you have innovative and creative insights and are able to articulate this and then successfully deliver outcomes accordingly.
