Training Coordinator

Head Office, Feering

We are currently recruiting for an exciting new position of Training Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to take on a varied role helping to ensure that we engage and onboard talented and dedicated individuals and provide them with a platform for success and future development.

This is a fantastic chance for a person with some Primary Care or Training organisation experience to use their existing skills to develop their career in a new direction and fulfil a pivotal role in our service.


The successful candidate will lead in training new employees according to the needs of their role and of the Partnership, ensuring that quality and consistency are maintained at all times. You will take responsibility for managing a competency based, systematic training approach, whilst enabling delivery according to individual learner needs. You will work closely with our local Training Hub to educate and train the existing and future clinical and non-clinical workforce within the Partnership.

The new role will also have key responsibilities within projects that support our agenda for improvement, including the introduction of new roles and services within Primary Care.


About you
