Announcement from our CEO: Ambrose Avenue Group Practice

As you may know, the Ambrose Avenue Group Practice (Ambrose Avenue and Tollgate) have, since 2017, been a part of The Colte Partnership along with 8 other Practices across North-East Essex.

Yesterday Partners across the whole Partnership, decided to separate Ambrose Avenue Group Practice from The Colte Partnership.

Patients registered at Ambrose Avenue Group Practice will still contact their Practice and access Primary Care services in exactly the same way and from the same locations as always.

These services will continue to be delivered to Patients by the Partners of Ambrose Avenue Group Practice.
