The nutrients that keep our immune system working well include vitamins A, B6, B12, C and D as well as copper, folate, iron, selenium and zinc.

Having a healthy, varied diet including fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, wholegrains, dairy products or fortified alternatives, and meat, fish or plant proteins like pulses will keep your immune system strong. Plan your meals to include the below immune system boosting foods:

  1. Ginger

  2. Spinach

  3. Yoghurt

  4. Red Peppers

  5. Sunflower Seeds

  6. Turmeric

  7. Citrus Fruits

  8. Garlic

  9. Green Tea

  10. Kiwi

  11. Poultry

  12. Shellfish

  13. Broccoli

  14. Almonds

  15. Papaya

Although eating a balanced diet is key to boosting your immunity, foods alone cannot and should not replace medical treatment, unless your healthcare professional recommends it.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but within a few months of starting the treatment, I began to notice real changes. My breathing became easier, the tightness in my chest eased, and I felt more energetic and capable in my daily life. Incredibly, I also regained much of my stamina and confidence. It’s been a life-changing experience…
